Shipment
We process your order immediately or at the latest the following day.

Shipment is possible to many countries – but only to countries where we do not have a distributor for local contact. The following link shows the current distributors ordered by countries: Link. If your country is not included, please contact us and we will be glad to answer your questions about shipping conditions, prices and everything you wish to know.

Availability of products is shown as a traffic light system, which is updated several times a day:

• Icon “traffic light green”: the item will be ready for shipment within 48 hours.
• Icon “traffic light yellow”: the item will be within 8 workdays in stock again.
• Icon “traffic light red”: the item will be within 14 workdays in stock again.

All delivery times count from the moment of receipt of payment or acceptance of contract by SW-MOTECH and BAGS-CONNECTION.

If exceptionally we cannot deliver in time, we will inform you about the estimated delivery time or we will send a partial delivery. Of cause the subsequent delivery is free of transport charge.
